Trung Nguyên is the premier producer of Vietnam's finest locally owned and processed coffees grown in the ideal conditions of the Vietnamese highlands.

TN coffees are fairly traded, certified EUREPGAP (safe & sustainable agriculture) coffees brought to market directly by the producers.

Clockwork Commerce is located in Medford, MA, USA. We are FDA-registered direct importers of Trung Nguyen coffees and teas, and the authorized USA sales representative. We have recently expanded distribution to Canada through our representative in Montreal, H & O Coffee Company.

This website represents our effort to bring to the West a little of the style and culture of Southeast Asian coffee growing, brewing, and enjoyment.

Vietnamese coffee and tea are not just products. They reflect on a lifestyle that takes pleasure in the small things that enrich our lives. The style of brewing and enjoying South Asian coffee and tea is unique, and reflects a more thoughtful approach to these beverages. Coffee and tea are brewed one cup at a time, generally, at your table. The brewing is part of the contemplative enjoyment of the drink. In today's fast world of "grab a coffee to go", we feel that Southeast Asian coffee style is a refreshing alternative.

The gourmet tastes of Vietnamese Highland coffee are so rich and deep, that the coffee commands our attention. Like a slow-pour Guinness to an Irishman who understands that Guinness is not just a beer, a cup of Vietnamese coffee deserves a little time set aside for an experience whose aroma and flavor will carry with us through the day and beckon us to come back for another cup... after dinner or whenever.

We are a small company that personally handles and ships and tracks every order. Our direct buying from Vietnam enables us to offer very reasonable prices while still maintaining a personal approach.

As this site grows and develops, we hope to add more about coffee and culture in Vietnam -- for our own enjoyment, for the Vietnamese Americans who will enjoy a US site that is a little taste of home, and for the adventurer who can appreciate the fine coffees and a little slice of life from the country that produces them.
