Indochine Seattle roast Espresso

Indochine Espresso

This Espresso is currently available in whole bean only, but by mid-July we will have a ground version as well.

Indochine Estates specializes in low-volume, estate-grown coffees using heirloom varieties. The 100% Arabica beans used in this espresso are true Bourbon Arabica heirloom coffee. These Bourbon Arabicas are essentially the ancestor stock of famous world coffees such as Jamaica Blue Mountain region. Originating from Brazil's Bourbon Island, these plants found their way to Southeast Asia in the 1800s.

The Indochine Seattle Espresso is a world-class Espresso with sweet aroma, exceptional body, wonderful lingering aftertaste, and no modern hybrid deficiencies.

NOTES:

“Bourbon” (pronounced bur-BONE) refers to the specific variety of coffee plant from which these beans come. Arabica Bourbon is one of the world's oldest and rarest species of coffee. The Bourbon tree is carefully nurtured to maturity, its prized cherries hand selected to ensure ripeness and peak flavor.

Bourbon is a pure varietal (unmixed stock) of the Arabica species. This varietal turns a beautiful yellow (not red) when it ripens. In later years, "red" Bourbon varieties were cultivated as well.
